Denisse, originally from Peru, moved to the United States in pursuit of new opportunities and personal growth. She holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in International Business Management and Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from San Francisco State University.
With professional experience spanning banking, financial services, marketing, and administrative logistics, Denisse brings a diverse and well-rounded skill set to her role as Executive Assistant at Nuestra Casa. In this capacity, she works closely with the Executive Director and Senior Operations Manager, providing administrative support and helping ensure the organization’s daily operations run efficiently.
Her transition into the nonprofit sector reflects a strong commitment to purpose-driven work and community impact. As an immigrant, Denisse understands firsthand the challenges individuals may encounter while adapting to new environments and systems.
