Tracy Flor-Figueroa


Tracy Flor-Figueroa is committed to addressing environmental injustices and advocating for climate justice and community resilience. Born in Bolivia and raised in Virginia, Tracy loves connecting with diverse, frontline communities in rural and urban areas. Her career began as a dedicated researcher before she transitioned to environmental education. 

Thriving in fast-paced environments, Tracy loves bringing partners together who share a vision for positive change. She is keenly interested in learning about diverse cultures and exploring the interconnectedness of communities on a global scale. Tracy’s infectious positive outlook and love for connecting with others make her a dynamic force in her field.
