Nuestra Casa staff member Kassandra Vivanco Guerrero traveled to Sacramento to testify before the California State Senate Budget Subcommittee, joining San Mateo County leaders in urging state lawmakers to restore hundreds of millions in Vehicle License Fee (VLF) funding that supports essential community services.
